We pride ourselves on our advanced troubleshooting ability and can work across many different technologies. However, there are a few things worth knowing when it comes to products outside our Recommended Technology Platform.
Resolution May Take LongerWith third-party products outside our platform, our team may need extra time to familiarize themselves with the specific product before resolving the issue. | We’ll Liaise With VendorsIf an issue requires third-party vendor support, we’ll coordinate with them directly on your behalf to resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. | Separate Billing May ApplyFor products outside our platform, additional time spent on support, setup, or troubleshooting may be invoiced separately. We’ll always communicate this upfront. |
